Visualization and Proofing

Managing expectations is a key part of our core service and is the reason we offer clients flexible and versatile proofing solutions.

CONTRACT PROOFS

Our precision fingerprinting process enables us to reproduce colour accurate contract proofs that simulate the exact colour trapping, density, dot gain of the commercial print run, for every print process and every type of substrate. Choose from a standard proofing stock, or take advantage of the UK’s only UV contract proofing device – YRG’s EVO proof – which can proof direct onto your substrate and with a variable density pattern white and pattern lacquer if required. 3D PDFs

We can provide digital 3D PDF renders of individual packs

Adobe’s Portable Document Format (PDF) is the standard for sharing graphics. But YRG’s PDF’s also supports interactive 3D content. Just using Adobe Reader, you can view the live 3D object and spin it around. PDF files with 3D content (or simply “3D PDF files”) can be a very powerful way to share shape and graphics… especially for labels & packaging.

Troubleshooting

YRG VISUALIZER

When it comes to special print effects – YRG have the answer. With our Vizualizer software, we can simulate a wide range of substrates, printing and finishing effects in real time. So if you would like to see your print with emboss / deboss / matt lacquers / gloss varnishes / foils / metallic – then look no further.

INSTORE VISUALIZER

With ESKO’s InStore visualizer, we can even place virtual objects in photographed scenes (retail / supermarket aisles) which allows brand owners and retailers to see their designs in an in-store setting and assess the on-the-shelf and point-of-sale impact of their packaging in a fully interactive, super-realistic real life retail environment.

MOCK-UPs

Our Mock up and sales prototype capability means we can provide packaging samples that look and feel exactly as the finished commercial product will so that clients can evaluate and present new packaging designs before incurring expensive production costs.
Whether the requirement is an individual pack or hundreds of samples, which can be filled with actual products, all can be supplied within hours from receipt of a design file.
